Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native architectures using Docker and Kubernetes to enhance application scalability, manageability, and reliability.
- Develop and manage comprehensive infrastructure architectures that support both current and evolving business needs.
- Lead the integration of AI/ML technologies within the cloud infrastructure to foster innovative, efficient business solutions.
- Implement serverless architectures to simplify operations and improve cost efficiencies.
- Direct the deployment of service meshes to manage service-to-service communications within containerized infrastructures, enhancing security, observability, and reliability.
- Establish and maintain immutable infrastructure to ensure consistent and reliable environments across development, testing, and production.
- Govern the team of cloud architects and engineers, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous skill enhancement.
- Engage with company stakeholders to ensure that cloud strategies align with overall business objectives and drive key business metrics.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends in cloud technology, including service meshes, immutable infrastructure, and container orchestration, and assess their impact on business strategies.
- Lead cloud governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives to safeguard data and comply with regulatory standards.
- Manage financial aspects of cloud projects, including budgeting, cost projections, and optimization efforts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading cloud architecture projects and teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
