We are looking for a client support executive to act as the bridge between our technical team and retail store personnel. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication, basic troubleshooting coordination, and documentation for each deployment.

We are a boutique engineering services company providing technology solutions in IoT and deep learning for clients worldwide.

- Serve as the first point of contact for client communication during project rollout and support.
- Coordinate with store managers and internal technical teams during device installation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain deployment documentation, support tickets, and daily reports.
- Assist in tracking project progress, deployment schedules, and accuracy reports.
- Support with Hindi and English communication where required (especially with North Indian regions).
- Travel occasionally within the city if required to assist with onsite coordination.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic understanding of tech or willingness to learn (no coding required).
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities (MS Excel, Word, Google Docs).
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in any stream is preferred.
- Experience in client handling or technical coordination roles.
- Background in tech support, admin coordination, or field operations is a plus.
- Fluent in Hindi – this is mandatory as many retail teams communicate primarily in Hindi.
