Responsibilities:-

  • Daily interaction with key client contacts, staying close to business situations and needs.
  • Making improvements to maintain strong CSS scores and proven renewals each year - DMI our longest standing client and BA on a 3 year deal.
  • Identifying and exploring upsell opportunities - recent examples include an ES Cohorts Analysis and WCWD for DMI, and a Recontact for BA.
  • Expanding our network at each client to uncover new opportunities and spread risk - recent presentation to DMI for example was to c.80 people.
  • Delivery of all projects and contracted reporting, including ownership and co-ordination of ES-led projects.
  • NEXT: Formal contract owner with focus on contract expansion.
  • New Business Delivery and Conversion
  • Leads delivery of 50% of new business projects sold as category and data expert, using expertise in the data (PowerView) and the service as a whole to best answer client questions.
  • Actively proposes additional questions during delivery to facilitate discussion on additional projects - upsell discussions for more analysis currently happening with MABI off the back of their recent project, for example.
  • Leads our Instant Feedback program to get continuous feedback on ad-hoc projects and recommends areas for improvement.
  • NEXT: Additional responsibility for upselling ($250k) on all clients projects we delivered on. Owning whole ENGAGE program.

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Qualification:-

  • Education to degree level
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations, skilfully combine data sources and support others in doing so.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships, inspiring trust and confidence
  • Collaboration skills - this role will require you to work with a wide range of colleagues across different cultures.
  • Confident and experienced presenter able to present to a range of audiences across the globe
  • A commercial mind set - ability to spot sales opportunities, propose solutions and convert them
  • Excellent team player who cares about maintaining and building a best in class working culture
