Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns (e. g., SEO, SEM, display, social, email, content, influencer).
  • Translate client objectives into actionable briefs for internal teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, media, and analytics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver timely, insightful reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to upsell strategies.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
  • Support new business development efforts as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Proficient with project management and reporting tools (e. g., Asana, Trello, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
