Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns (e. g., SEO, SEM, display, social, email, content, influencer).
- Translate client objectives into actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, media, and analytics.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver timely, insightful reporting.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to upsell strategies.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
- Support new business development efforts as needed.
- 2 - 3+ years of experience in account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and analytically.
- Proficient with project management and reporting tools (e. g., Asana, Trello, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
