Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Attend to new clients
  • Understand client tasks and handing it over to the fulfilment team
  • Ensure on-time delivery of content
  • Understand and resolve client requests at the earliest
  • Ensure client retention
  • Acquire new clients
  • Help the team meet its organizational targets

Note

  • Location – Sector 3, Gurgaon
  • You will be required to work in a fast-moving work environment as a part of the operations team
  • This will be a client-facing position and you’ll be working in the day or night shift as decided by the company
