- Offer basic technical support related to our video services.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Be proactive, passionate about advertising and marketing, and ready to take initiative.
- Escalate critical issues to management for quick resolution.
- Build strong client relationships through regular check-ins and updates.
- Maintain detailed client records and document all processes.
- Identify potential client concerns early and take action to resolve them.
- Oversee project timelines and collaborate with the internal team to meet deadlines.
