Meazure Learning was established when testing industry giants ProctorU and Yardstick joined forces in 2020. Our goal is to better serve both our higher-ed and professional testing clients by creating the most comprehensive and transformative full-service online test development and delivery solution on the market. The Role
As Client Satisfaction Associate, you will provide exemplary customer service support via Calls, Email, Chat and Ticketing support for clients, proctors, and candidates.

The Role
As Client Satisfaction Associate, you will provide exemplary customer service support via Calls, Email, Chat and Ticketing support for clients, proctors, and candidates.
The Responsibilities
- Manages incoming Calls, Tickets, Emails and Chats to the Support queue.
- Works with team members within the Support team to assist with eligibility review, registration, application processing, and account support to candidates and clients.
- Cross-trains on other and/or all accounts to support team members.
- Provides prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful technical and administration support to clients, proctors, and candidates with online systems.
- Corresponds with clients and candidates by phone, tickets, and email in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Processes scheduling and registration forms, including eligibility review as necessary.
- Coordinates/manages CS projects within deadline.
- Responds to requests for service.
- Remote India Opportunity – Specifically looking candidates from Jaipur, Indore, NCR-Delhi locations.

- Looking for 1 Year to 3 Years of experience in Blended process with Email and Chat process
- Strong Communication Skills in English (Read, Write and Spoken English)
- Strong technical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, general knowledge of web-based applications, and basic understanding of various internet browsers and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations.
- Highly professional with written, oral, and interpersonal skills - Focuses on solving conflict; Strong listening skills; Participates in meetings; Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively.
