Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Assist in understanding client needs and recommend suitable services or solutions to meet their requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and agreements in the CRM system.
- Generate and present regular reports on client engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Support the business development team in identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
- Ensure a professional and courteous approach in all client interactions.
- Actively seek feedback from clients to improve services and address any challenges.
- Any graduate can apply (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, BA, or similar degrees).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts efficiently.

- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs.
- Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
