Required Candidate profile Co-ordination of the work of all Civil / Electrical Supervisors with regard to preparation of sketch, plan and electrical works of new branch opening, shifting and ambiance improvement OF Branches And Offices.
- All matters pertaining to purchase / Maintenance / payment / Vendor Management / e-Auction etc.
- Purchase Request Management System Software implementation
- Preparation of Branch Expansion Plan/Timelines
- Putting up proposals for Center approval and Premises approval for new branches/shifting of branches
- Monitoring progress of all the work related to opening/shifting of branches to adhere to the timelines
- All matters pertaining to Registration of Lease Agreements/Renewal etc/ Interaction with Landlords for negotiation of rent.
- All matters pertaining to purchase / maintenance / Vendor Management / payment / e-auction etc. Of Air Conditioners Qualification-Diploma, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil must have Autocad.
