Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Civil Engineer for a Full-Time position located in Vadodara. The successful candidate will work on a Fixed-Term Engagement for two years, focusing on various civil engineering projects. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The candidate will support construction activities and leverage technical skills to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed structural drawings and blueprints.
• Experience in civil maintenance (Mandatory skill) for ensuring the longevity and stability of structures.
• Site Inspection (Mandatory skill) abilities to oversee project sites and monitor progress effectively.
• In-depth understanding of structural analysis to evaluate the feasibility and safety of design projects.
• Ability to coordinate various elements of a project, ensuring all teams work collaboratively towards project goals.
• Expertise in interpreting and applying construction drawings to real-world building processes.
• Effective communication skills to work with a diverse team and report to senior engineers and management.
• Problem-solving skills to address and rectify issues that arise during the construction and maintenance phases.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects to meet client objectives efficiently.

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineering teams to achieve seamless project execution.
• Utilize AutoCAD for preparing precise structural designs and revising project drawings as necessary.
• Perform structural analysis to validate design calculations and ensure construction safety.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic planning and implementation.
• Document project progression meticulously and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and site workers to facilitate ongoing learning.
