Roles & Responsibilities
- Manpower hiring, Management, Coordination, screening manpower, and getting them on board at the time of requirement.
- Coordination with all supervisors for reports and pictures during the activity and sharing it with the client group daily.
- Ensuring smooth flow of coordination between POSM transporter and cabs and making sure the activity starts on time.
- Handle the entire city activation as one point of contact and adhering the guidelines given by the respective client.
- Give a day plan to your reporting manager on a daily basis.
- Responsible for execution, vendor management, and activation management.
- Stock requirements, any asset requirements to be given on time and not on end moment.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills.
