Job Objectives
Daily attendance circulation to circle team, corporate team.
Able to fill manpower gaps in the field as per the budgets
Coordinating with Corporate HR on salary release
Onboarding formalities of new joinees, new joinees approval from Circle Head & offer letter request to corporate team.
Document collection of new joinees
Consolidation of Monthly attendance for salary release
Daily attendance collection from Supervisor & updating in attendance sheet
Other HR related activities

Good in English communication and local languages

Technical Skills : MS-Office Suite
Communication Skills: English, Telugu and Hindi
Academic Qualification: MBA HR, BBA HR or any equivalent degree
