The Role

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Leisure Lyrics, you will be the driving force behind our technology vision, shaping the future of our hospitality-tech products. You will lead the architecture, development, and scaling of a suite of cutting-edge solutions tailored for the hospitality industry. From building the core systems to overseeing the tech stack, you will be instrumental in creating a platform that enhances both the guest and hotelier experience. As part of the leadership team, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that our technology strategy aligns with our broader company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap for the business.
• Lead the development of core software systems, including PMS, RMS, and Guest Experience platforms.
• Build and scale a high-performance tech team to support the growth of our products.
• Ensure the architecture is scalable, secure, and optimized for the hospitality industry.
• Align technology goals with business objectives and provide regular updates to the executive team.
