Position Title
Chief Manager - Projects
Position Summary
To monitor end to end Project Execution and coordination with EPC.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Overall monitoring of Execution of Project, Coordination with EPC and driving them to deliver the desired progress. Checking of JMC as per site execution and certification over PMS. Basic idea about civil work and stringing work in transmission Lines.
Monitoring of RoW issues & Close coordination with Local Administration for obtaining the required support and clearances. Capable to attend high level meetings at DC/ADC/State Secretariat office.
Position Demands
Need to drive the EPC to deliver the targets within the stipulated time frame.
Delivering the highest standard of QHSE and achieving the organizational targets.
Reviewing the statutory proposals and submission of the same to concerned authorities

Does in-depth research and obtains relevant information from unusual sources to make more informed decisions, within the desired timeframe
Evaluates and establishes norms/ processes that enable quick and timely decision making within Sterlite
