Chief Embryologist

Job Title: Chief Embryologist Location: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad Reporting to: Medical Director Experience: Minimum 10 years Do you want to Lead the Embryology team of North India's fastest-growing IVF chain, Gunjan IVF World If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you as Chief Embryologist. Youll lead and groom young embryologists while contributing to cutting-edge IVF techniques. About Us: Gunjan IVF World is recognized for its excellent IVF results and transparent treatment practices. We have presented our clinical innovations at ESHRE for two consecutive years (2023, 2024) and are known for our advanced therapies like HSEPRP, PRT, Stem Cell Therapy, and Immunotherapy. Key Responsibilities: - Perform all IVF related procedures like denudation, ICSI, embryo culture, embryo freezing and thawing, embryo transfer, oocyte freezing and thawing, PGT, laser assisted hatching, PRP preparation, - Maintain lab protocols and quality control standards. - Implement advanced techniques and troubleshoot lab issues. - Mentor junior embryologists and support their development. - Collaborate with the clinical team to improve patient outcomes and maintain detailed records. Required Qualifications: - The candidate should be qualified as per ART Law. - Minimum 10 years of experience in embryology, including advanced procedures. - Strong expertise in handling lab equipment and cryopreservation. Preferred Skills: - Attention to detail and manual dexterity. - Leadership and mentoring experience. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to travel PAN India and Internationally as per companys requirements.
