What We Are Looking For
- Enhance existing menu items to improve quality, presentation, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and test new recipes and products for upcoming launches.
- Work closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure ingredient availability and standardization.
- Conduct market research to identify new food trends suitable for QSR format.
- Maintain recipe documentation, SOPs, and ensure food safety compliance.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in QSR/food industry.
- Strong understanding of product development, taste profiling, and cost management.
- Creative mindset with practical knowledge of large-scale kitchen operations.
