Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Head from the real estate industry to drive business growth through strong channel partner networks. The role requires a proven track record of managing brokers, channel partners, and IPCs, along with the ability to build high-performing networks that maximize project sales.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Development & Management

Build, manage, and expand relationships with channel partners, brokers, and IPCs.

Create and implement effective channel sales strategies to maximize bookings.

Identify and onboard new partners to expand market penetration.

Revenue & Target Achievement

Drive channel sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Monitor and review partner performance, ensuring timely achievement of sales goals.

Implement partner incentive schemes to boost performance.

Relationship Management

Act as a key point of contact for channel partners and ensure long-term engagement.

Conduct regular broker meets, channel partner events, and relationship-building activities.

Resolve conflicts, provide support, and ensure smooth partner transactions.

Sales Enablement & Training

Provide regular training and product knowledge sessions to brokers and channel partners.

Collaborate with marketing to execute co-branded campaigns and promotional activities.

Market Insights & Strategy

Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and channel engagement strategies.

Gather feedback from channel partners to strengthen offerings and positioning.

Support expansion into new geographies through channel networks.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of real estate sales through channel partners.

Excellent broker networking, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to drive revenue through large partner ecosystems.

Leadership qualities with team management experience.

Target-driven, dynamic, and strategic thinker.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or related field.

10+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 5 years in channel sales leadership.

Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and IPCs in [local/regional market].

Proven success in driving sales for residential/commercial projects through channels.
