About the role:
The Channel Partner Associate will be responsible for managing inventory, purchase orders, and coordinating with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Swiggy, and Zepto. The role involves ensuring accurate stock levels, timely procurement, and smooth platform operations. Key duties include monitoring inventory, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize workflow efficiency and platform performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Monitor, track, and manage inventory levels across multiple platforms to ensure availability and avoid stockouts.
- Purchase Order Management: Create, process, and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring timely replenishment and efficient procurement.
- Platform Coordination: Liaise with platforms like Amazon, Swiggy, and Zepto to manage listings, update inventory, resolve order discrepancies, and ensure compliance with their policies.
- Data Tracking & Analysis: Regularly update and maintain data related to inventory and orders on spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and generate reports for review.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to inventory and order management processes for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, sales, and customer service) to ensure alignment on stock levels, order statuses, and platform performance.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, purchase order management, or e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Swiggy, and Zepto or similar.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with purchase order and inventory management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of platform policies and e-commerce best practices.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain roles is a plus.
