Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Center Head for Study Abroad at our Rajkot location. This full-time role demands a strategic leader with a comprehensive understanding of the study abroad landscape. The ideal candidate will bring up to 10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating both leadership and expertise in educational consultancy.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in study abroad processes, enabling efficient guidance through complex applications, and related protocols (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership to inspire and guide a diverse group of consultants towards achieving company and personal goals (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in sales strategy to develop and implement plans that align with business objectives and student requirements (Mandatory skill).
- Experienced in student counseling with a focus on understanding individual educational goals and advising appropriate study destinations and courses.
- Capability to meet and exceed target achievements and objectives within specified timelines and metrics, indicating a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in operations management, ensuring smooth logistical functions and resource distribution across the center.
- Strong client relationship management skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships with students and education partners.
- Understanding of compliance management to ensure all activities are within legal and ethical standards set by educational authorities.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Lead the study abroad branch
· Supervise and mentor the Team of study abroad Counselors and support staff, fostering the high-performance work Culture
· Training for the branch staff and keeping them informed about the study abroad vertical and industry best practices
· Achieving the maximum individual and Team sales targets (B2C)
· Making necessary strategies to enhance the employee performance and implementing the improvements needed, engaging into recruiting the new staff and other branch development operations.
· Engaging into building the relations (B2B) with educational institutions, Agents to expand Branch network, increase study abroad opportunities by different means and generating leads through it.
· Handling all the compliance inquiries and Retaining the clients
· Managing the branch Budget, ensuring financial Targets are met and resources are allocated effectively to achieve business objective
· Effective approach towards the issues that may arise within the study abroad branch
