Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage daily process-related tasks with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Perform data entry, validation, and processing in systems such as ERP/CRM/finance software.
- Respond to queries and resolve issues from internal teams or clients as per defined SLAs.
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all process-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process execution.
- Participate in training sessions, process audits, and quality assessments as required.
- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect and prevent suspicious or unauthorized activities.
- Respond promptly to any unusual or suspicious activity by escalating to the appropriate team or authority.
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports with time-stamped footage and descriptions.
- Regularly check the functionality of cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other surveillance equipment.
- Coordinate with the on-ground security personnel during incidents or emergencies.
- Retrieve and provide video footage as needed for investigations or audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and data protection laws.
- Assist in installing and configuring CCTV systems (if required).
- Perform periodic maintenance and testing of CCTV equipment.
- Support investigations by providing evidence and detailed reports from surveillance footage.
