Category Analyst - Consumer Lending, BFSI, PhonePe - Bengaluru

Lending

We are an end-to-end digital lending platform enabling credit access to our consumers and merchants. We partner with various financial institutes and work very closely with them to offer customized lending products. For this role, we are looking for a self driven individual responsible for owning the E2E funnel management and improving conversions by optimizing customer journeys, identifying potential bottlenecks & implementing strategies to increase conversions and revenue

Responsibilities

  • Funnel optimization:
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking conversion rates at every stage
    • Ideate and implement A/B testing/other experiments for funnel improvement and optimizations
  • Cross functional collaboration
    • Collaborate with marketing/CRM teams to develop campaigns/effective communication strategies to increase conversions
    • Manage nurturing campaigns for higher engagements leading to low drops offs in the funnel
  • Dashboards and Insights:
    • Work closely with analytics to generate reports and dashboards for providing insights on funnel performance
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Work with lender partners to scale the business.
    • Use data driven insights to influence internal/external stakeholders for funnel improvements
Ideal Candidate

  • MBA/B.Tech from Tier-1/2 institution with 2+ yrs proven experience in funnel management/CRM or similar roles
  • In depth knowledge of marketing funnels, customer conversion techniques
  • Comfortable with large data sets with the ability to drive data led decisions to achieve business goals
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Influencing/Building consensus
    • Participate in brainstorming discussions and remain open to exploring alternative viewpoints
    • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to be able to arrive at the most optimum solution
  • Customer centricity
    • Proactively understand implications of actions/ decisions for customers
