Key Responsibilities

Product Listing Management:

  • List all products on various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, Shein, and

more.

  • Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and adhere to each platform's guidelines and

standards.

Issue Resolution

  • Identify and resolve listing-related issues across different channels, including variation tree

creation, accurate content reflection, and other related concerns.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes and requirementsto ensure compliance

and optimal performance.

Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with content writers and designers to develop and enhance product descriptions,

images, and other listing elements including A+ content.

  • Ensure that all content is compelling, accurate, and optimized for searchability and customer

engagement.

Performance Measurement

  • Monitor and measure the performance of listing improvements in the Sports & Outdoor

category.

  • Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to

drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a

plus).

  • Proven experience as a Catalogue Executive or similar role, preferably in catalogue

management within an e-commerce or retail environment.

  • Strong understanding of cataloging strategies, marketplace SEO and marketplace guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets to create listing optimization trackers, reporting etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all

levels.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-

paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in work deliverables.

Soft Skills

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in product listings involves meticulously reviewing all

information for correctness, such as product descriptions, prices, and images. Identifying

discrepancies or errors promptly prevents potential issues and maintains a high standard of

quality across listings.

including content writers and designers, ensures everyone is aligned and understands their roles.
