- Fabricate and assemble plywood furniture pieces according to blueprints, sketches, or design specifications.
- Operate and maintain woodworking machinery including CNC and Beamsaw to cut and shape materials accurately.
- Ensure the use of appropriate tools and techniques to achieve desired results while maintaining safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to interpret project requirements and contribute to design improvements.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of materials and tools.
- Adhere to production schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably with specialization in interior furniture work of plywood.
- Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery such as CNC and Beamsaw.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, or design specifications accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship to produce high-quality furniture pieces.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as required by the company.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle materials and operate machinery safely.
- Willingness to undergo training and stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
