- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the property
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairing and painting
- Manage security and safety measures, including access control and surveillance
- Assist with guest needs and requests, providing exceptional customer service
- Supervise and coordinate external contractors and service providers
- Monitor and address any maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Prepare meals and handle cooking responsibilities as needed
- Provide support and care for residents or guests, ensuring their well-being
- Assist with administrative tasks and record keeping
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
