Key Responsibilities
- System Development: Design, develop, and maintain reliable backend services using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Build low-latency, high-throughput systems capable of handling large volumes of concurrent traffic.
- Database Management: Model and maintain efficient relational and NoSQL databases to support diverse application needs.
- Cloud Integration: Develop cloud-native applications and leverage infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) solutions for scalability.
- System Reliability: Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system reliability with a focus on uptime and performance.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that align with business requirements.
- Security: Implement secure, robust systems that protect data and prevent vulnerabilities.
- Programming Expertise: Strong foundation in Java, Python, or similar languages, with experience in multithreaded programming.
- Scalable Systems: Knowledge of distributed systems, load balancing, and caching strategies (e.g., Kafka, Redis).
- Database Skills: Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement robust, scalable solutions.
- Experience in designing systems for real-time data processing or high-concurrency applications.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.
- Understanding of system observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
