Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Captain to join our team at Meravilla Tripitadka. As a Captain, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of the restaurant area. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India, with the employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Captain or a similar role
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Basic computer knowledge to handle point-of-sale systems and other software
• Ability to serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Strong team management skills to coordinate with other staff members
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions in a secure manner
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information and guidance about Food Menu
• Assist guests with food and beverage orders and deliver them accurately and efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth operation of the Restuarent area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
