Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Campus Recruiter (Fresher) to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and talent acquisition, with a specific focus on university hiring. The Campus Recruiter will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent from colleges and universities to meet the staffing needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Recruitment:

• Assist in developing and executing campus recruitment strategies, including attending career fairs, organizing campus events, and building relationships with university placement offices.
• Identify potential candidates by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating candidate qualifications.

Candidate Engagement:

• Maintain ongoing communication with potential candidates to provide information about job opportunities, company culture, and career growth.
• Coordinate and facilitate campus engagement activities, such as presentations, workshops, and networking events.

Event Coordination:

• Assist in organizing and managing campus recruitment events, including scheduling interviews, managing logistics, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and university partners.

Offer Management:

• Support the offer process by preparing offer letters, communicating offer details to candidates, and following up to ensure acceptance.
• Work closely with HR and hiring managers to coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from campus to workplace.

Database Management:

• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information on candidate interactions, interview feedback, and offer status.
• Generate reports on campus recruitment metrics such as offer acceptance rates, candidate feedback, and event effectiveness.

Relationship Building:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with university placement offices, faculty, and student organizations to build a talent pipeline.
• Act as a brand ambassador for The Golden Rise at campus events, promoting the company's values and opportunities.

Compliance Support:

• Ensure compliance with all campus recruitment policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the HR team and other departments to align campus recruitment efforts with overall talent acquisition strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in campus recruitment and a desire to build a career in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
