Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Campus Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates eager to build a career in recruitment, specifically in campus hiring, and contribute to attracting young talent from educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campus Recruitment Support: Assist in the planning and execution of campus recruitment activities, including organizing career fairs, campus visits, and recruitment drives.

• Candidate Sourcing: Build relationships with educational institutions to identify and attract talented students and recent graduates for entry-level roles.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between students and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process during campus hiring events.

• Campus Engagement: Collaborate with educational institutions to arrange pre-placement talks, internships, and other activities that enhance the company's visibility on campuses.

• Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking systems with information about campus candidates, ensuring data accuracy.

• Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with students throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance.

• Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's brand at campuses through presentations, workshops, and recruitment events.

• Reporting: Generate basic campus recruitment reports, tracking metrics such as campus engagement, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and other departments to ensure seamless campus hiring efforts and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and campus hiring, with a desire to build a career in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
