  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of calling strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and dialer management to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in CRM and dialer tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of driving results through effective campaign management and optimization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
