Position: Cabin Crew

Job Description:

Viswamitempowersolution is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our Cabin Crew team. As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers and assist them with boarding and disembarking the aircraft
• Perform safety demonstrations and ensure all safety protocols are followed during the flight
• Attend to passengers' needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Serve meals and beverages to passengers as per their preferences
• Handle any in-flight emergencies or medical situations with composure and efficiency
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the aircraft cabin
• Collaborate with the pilot and other crew members to ensure a smooth and efficient flight
• Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of safety and service
• Continuously update knowledge on safety procedures and attend regular training sessions
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Physically fit and able to pass a medical examination
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
