Designation – CA - Industrial Trainee

Function – Finance

Reporting to – GM

Location – Kolkata

No. of Positions – 1no

Qualification – Pursuing CA. Must have cleared CA inter(both groups).

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our organization as an Finance Trainee. This position is specifically designed for individuals pursuing the Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification. As a CA- Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and exposure to various aspects of financial accounting, auditing, taxation, and related areas. This role will provide you with valuable insights into the profession and help you develop essential skills for a successful career as a Chartered Accountant.

• Assist in conducting financial audits and examinations of the company's financial records.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Assist in the review and analysis of financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper recording and classification of transactions.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax, GST, and other relevant taxes.
• Participate in the development and implementation of internal control procedures to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
• Support the analysis of financial performance, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency ratios.
• Conduct research and analysis on relevant accounting and taxation topics to stay updated with regulatory changes.
• Assist in special projects and assignments as required, including process improvement initiatives.
  
  

Desired Attributes

• Having previous experience will be beneficial.
• Must possess a Bachelors of Commerce Hons degree with minimum 55% marks
• Knowledge about Internal Audit,MIS,GST, IT and TDS is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of financial accounting principles and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
