Job Summary

We are seeking an inquisitive Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and implementing new software tools that enhance our operational efficiency and support business growth. You will also conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in software adoption and upskilling. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience (6 months or less) who possesses a strong foundation in automation, reporting, and a keen interest in technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis:
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through technology implementation.
• Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
• Software Evaluation & Implementation:
• Conduct research and evaluation of new software tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to identify and resolve dependencies.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of new software solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new software applications.
• Monitor software performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in software adoption and upskilling.
• Identify emerging technologies and their potential impact on our business.
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations summarizing research findings.
• Support the Business Development team in understanding market trends and identifying new opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in software technologies and best practices.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Create and maintain reports on software usage & performance
• Generate actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong interest in technology and a desire to learn new skills
