Business Systems Analyst, Anaplan

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience designing and implementing Planning and Forecasting systems.
• 8 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects.
• Experience in working with systems that manage sensitive data and with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls and change management processes.
• Experience defining and identifying new opportunities to improve domain critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to plan, prioritize, deliver, and support systems solutions related to Anaplan or other planning and forecasting tools.
• Excellent technical analysis skills to translate business requirements into solution architecture.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP BPC, Anaplan) and data and Financial Planning and Analysis with implementing planning tools.

You also define the scope of technical projects and oversee execution. The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. Responsibilities

• Take ownership over projects, continue to track and maintain progress, mitigate risks, manage, keep teams and clients updated, and manage stakeholders and escalations, coordinate testing, and work with engineering teams to deploy applications all the way to launch.
• Work with stakeholders and users to gain insights into business problems, processes, and applications to provide solutions with impact through building business applications, delivering systems enhancements, and designing solutions to automate and scale business operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define, design, build, deploy, and support various solutions to systems, software products, and internal transformative programs and processes.
• Drive business analysis and team execution across project work and ongoing support responsibilities.
