Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to business roles across different sectors, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.

Screening and Evaluation: Review and assess resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on their fit for business roles and organizational culture.

Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, job requirements, and business goals, and provide customized recruitment solutions.

Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and effective interview process.

Offer Management: Assist in preparing and extending job offers, negotiating terms, and managing the offer acceptance process to secure top talent.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive practices to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on recruitment activities, including candidate pipeline, hiring metrics, and performance to drive continuous improvement.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and ethical standards in recruitment practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruiting for business roles, with a strong understanding of various business functions.

Excellent skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation.

Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
