- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
- 6+ Years of experience in Automobile marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles, preferably in the advertising, or technology industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on performance metrics and ROI-driven outcomes.
- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and attribution models to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform decision-making and campaign optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts, campaign results, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
