Job location : Chennai

Policybazaar , a listed company in NSE, is India’s largest online platform for insurance. Policybazaar is seeking an extremely talented and driven professional who can take up an end-to-end P&L responsibility. Span will include managing cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, customer support and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

a) P&L ownership of a part of a Business unit at Policybazaar

b) Drive new initiatives and long term business strategy

c) Work with sales and marketing teams to scale business

d) Occasionally train the sales team on new offerings

e) Evaluate and optimise business processes necessary to achieve

business objectives.

Qualifications:

a) Master’s degree in Management

b) Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in FMCG/ New age startups/ category management

c) Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive business insights and recommendation from data.

d) Passionate about working in entrepreneurial set-ups and driving

sales teams.

e) Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint with strong presentation

ability.
