Business Line Manager – MARK

Your role

We are looking for a Business Line Manager – MARK brand for Brand portfolio Industrial Air Division in India. This position will report to the General Manager of Brand Portfolio including Chicago Pneumatic, Mark and Pneumatech brands.

Mission

  • Be a changing force to Drive the MARK brand to maximize the Full Potential of the Indian Market.
  • Achieve ambitious sustainable profitable growth targets with high focus on market share and consolidated profitability.
  • Overall responsibility for entire Division's financial and employees results covering turnover, profit, cash flow and working capital with the ultimate measurement of success being an increasing OVA and long term job satisfaction
  • Transform the Inclusion and Diversity to meet the Group and Company targets; be a power of change for making a more Diverse Sales and Marketing team in MARK Brand
  • Implement business plans to maximize the returns from the expected market expansion in India according to 3 years business targets in all key result areas
  • Implement structured approach to the market based on Indirect sales channel management, Digital Sales and Marketing, market and customer share, territory management, segmentation and OEM management.
  • Transform the Indirect Sales Channel to maximize the reach across India for continuous Market Share growth
  • Contribute to the development of processes, sales tools and training to achieve a competitive advantage in the Indian market.
  • Provide feedback on product quality, market trends and competitor development in continuous interaction with the local Product Company , Industrial Air Division & CTS
  • Be a key member of the Company’s Management Team to drive forward the overall growth of the company in terms of Customer and Employee Satisfaction
  • Care and be a driving force for the Company’s overall performance and image.

To succeed, you will need

Experience Requirements

Result-oriented and experienced professional with proven track record in sales and marketing of air compressors both in direct and Indirect channels, who has experience in managing a sales team. Experience in Digital Marketing and application of latest tools and digital trends will be an added advantage.

Candidates should have at least 10 years of Compressor product and applications knowledge and be extremely knowledgeable on the India market.

Knowledge / Educational Requirements

University degree – B.E preferred, Technically and/or commercially oriented - or similar through experience. Keen interest and hands-on user experience with IT systems. Excellent command of English.

Personality Requirements

Proactive, dynamic performer with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills always striving at new challenges and ideas. Willing to travel intensively in India. Ambitious personality with excellent commercial, diplomatic and negotiating skill. Able to manage people and create trustworthy and fair relations.

These skills should be combined with keen interest in the culture and the way of doing business in India and a desire to make a strong difference to continuous reach the Purpose of Atlas Copco organisation.
