Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Hardware ) to join our team.

The candidate will focus on driving IT SaaS sales through B2B strategies, managing both outbound and inbound sales channels, and supporting existing clients through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

This role requires proficiency in English, Telugu, and Tamil to cater to diverse client bases.


Key Responsibilities

Sales (IT SaaS, B2B)

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales initiatives.
  • Execute cold calling campaigns to establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting through to closing deals.

Customer Success

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Manage client accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure clients are utilizing the software effectively.
  • Proactively address customer issues and identify growth opportunities within client portfolios.

New Client Acquisition

  • Conduct research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies for acquiring new clients, focusing on IT SaaS solutions.
  • Create and deliver presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of the products/services.

Client Retention and Expansion

  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure clients receive maximum value from our services.
  • Upsell and cross-sell IT SaaS solutions to existing clients.
  • Maintain high customer retention rates by ensuring clients are satisfied with their purchases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in IT SaaS sales and customer success.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, outbound, and inbound sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Tamil.
  • Proven ability in cold calling and managing sales pipelines.
  • Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of IT SaaS products and solutions is highly preferred.
