JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Business Development Specialist - Customization & Remanufacturing

Reports To: Head Services BD

Role Type: Individual Contribution

Location: Pune

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to expand SKF's long-term services portfolio for existing and new customers .

Work with (Segment and Distribution) organizations to conceptualize, customize, and roll out value propositions.

Build a strong long-term relationship with key customers and act as a consultant to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals.

Design and promote value-added services tailored to the unique needs combining products/solutions across all SKF platforms.

Use the SKF services portfolio to optimize customer experience and satisfaction.

Work closely with the front-line team to develop an opportunity funnel.

Skill Set

Experience in industrial sales

Data analytics and business models

Basics of business finance

Exposure to SKF services portfolio

KPIs

Plant-wide performance contract assessments

Opportunity pipeline to achieve BP

Education & Experience

• Experience and understanding of the Spindle / gearbox / auto-ancillaries / machine tooling industries
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & services
• Experience in discussing with middle/top management in customer organization
