Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Engaging in client acquisition with strategic foresight.
- Meeting clients’ investment objectives by managing their portfolios effectively.
- Providing pragmatic solutions to resolve evolving complexities in asset classes, including mutual funds, bonds, corporate fixed deposits, and other financial products that meet client investment requirements.
- Spotting the latest market trends and opportunities available to meet clients’ investment needs.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including HNIs, NRIs, individuals, and key corporate personnel.
- Conducting business reviews and frequent research on financial markets to ensure clients across the globe are satisfied with our advisory services.
- Alerting the sales team about opportunities for further sales within key clients.
- Informing customers about other products and services the company offers.
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
- Achieving client relationship targets and key performance indicators as set by the head of sales.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern raised by clients.
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Passing leads to the sales team and following up on their progress.
