- Calling customers and understanding their queries.
- Manage pre-sales to post-sales support activities, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
- Update the status and comments in CRM
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to track progress and performance
- Attend meetings with potential clients to present proposals and negotiate deals
- Provide support in the development of marketing materials and campaigns
- We follow a 5-day work week. If you have college on weekdays, you are free to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
