Business Development (Sales) Internship in Indore

We are looking for a motivated and disciplined sales & business development intern who will work directly with our growth team. Your primary role will be to handle incoming leads, connect with potential clients, and convert them into paid users. You will also coordinate with our onboarded mental health experts to schedule 1:1 therapy sessions.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Call and follow up with inbound leads from Facebook/Instagram ads
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with potential clients
• Explain Mento’s offerings and guide users toward booking sessions
• Coordinate with mental health experts to schedule sessions
• Track lead conversions and maintain data in an organized format
• Provide timely updates and insights to the core team
