Position: Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

● Prospect and identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.

● Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce GridWork IT's services.

● Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding client base.

● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

● Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close deals.

● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

● Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

● Internship Phase:

○ Stage 1 (1 Month):

■ Objective: Close $6,000 in revenue

■ Compensation: 7% commission on closed deals during this period

■ Example Incentive Calculation: If you close $6,000 in sales, you will

earn 7% commission, amounting to $420 (INR 33,600 at an exchange

rate of 1 USD = 80 INR).

○ Stage 2 (2 Months):

■ Objective: Close $20,000 in revenue over two months

■ Compensation: 7% commission on closed deals during this period

■ Example Incentive Calculation: If you close $20,000 in sales, you will

earn 7% commission, amounting to $1,400 (INR 112,000 at an exchange

rate of 1 USD = 80 INR).

● Full-Time Position:

○ Upon successfully completing Stage 2, you will be considered for a full-time position as a Business Development Associate with the following compensation package:

■ Annual Salary: INR 7,00,000

■ Fixed Pay: INR 4,00,000 per annum

■ Performance Pay: INR 3,00,000 per annum
