Position Description
The purpose of the role is to manage the network roll-out and installation of Airtel broadband in collaboration with Local Cable Operators (LCOs). The role will be responsible to act as a bridge between Airtel and Local Cable Operators (LCOs).

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Network Planning
Identify pocket opportunities to expand Airtel’s network basis extraction.
Build infrastructure for home networks to maximize utilization of Airtel services.
Extract data such as utilization % (homes using Airtel) for different pockets and shortlist suitable pockets for future expansion.
Prepare plan for the roll-out of the home passes to ensure optimization of the network.
Seek approval from the Regional Manager and the Network team on the home-passes roll-out plan.
Formulate strategy to drive engagement and profitability for the local cable operators (LCOs).
Partner Identification and Engagement
Liaise with the Local Cable Operators (LCOs) channel to identify right partners for the network roll-out.
Identify the nature of potential local cable operators required for the network roll-out.
Ensure engagement of LCO partners through smooth on-boarding and ensuring profitability for them.
Execute and manage training for LCOs on Airtel systems, apps & processes.
Network Implementation
Identify potential clusters for new rollout of network across the circle & share inputs with the network planning team.
Create capacity of broadband services through tie-ups with local cable operators (LCOs).
Business Delivery
Design processes and systems for quality home pass coverage to drive utilization and customer base; Ensure zero lead loss
Stakeholder Management
Create systems to ensure that 100% partners are profitable basis right financial exposure and investments
Display customer obsession to deliver best in class network experience with timely correction or upgradation in network
Knowledge, Certifications and Experience
Education Qualification Full-time Postgraduate, preferably MBA / PGDM
Total Experience 5-7 years of experience in similar industry
Certifications required (if any)
