Responsibilities
- Extensive experience in international markets such as the US, UK, Singapore, Middle East, and Europe, driving new business opportunities for the company's eCommerce division and fostering partner relationships outside India.
- Lead the establishment of key accounts with enterprises and Fortune 500 companies.
- Sell eCommerce services, including Online Store Management, Catalog Building, Data Entry, Photo Editing, Content Writing, and Digital Marketing.
- Develop sales strategies, execute marketing approaches, and set goals while overseeing revenue collection, enhancing the existing client base, and managing client accounts with the support of Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Business Analysts, Telecallers, and the Marketing Team Lead.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and create compelling project proposals for prospective clients.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within the IT/eCommerce industry.
- Strong communication skills, with a global mindset and the ability to adapt to various cultural contexts.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a high level of responsibility.
- Strong follow-up skills, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- Collaborative team player, committed to achieving common organizational goals through teamwork and leveraging diverse skill sets.
- Technical knowledge of selling IT and eCommerce services is essential.
