Business Development Manager (BDM)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives or Operations staff.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure timely achievement.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching or support as needed.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.

Handle client escalations and provide timely resolutions.

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes.

Monitor productivity and motivate the team to achieve high performance.

Generate reports on team performance and submit to management.

Provide training and onboarding for new team members.

Participate in strategic planning and implementation for business growth in the region.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling, sales, or client services.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
