Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead corporate client acquisition and revenue growth for our mobility solutions in the Delhi region. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent client relationship skills, and a result-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients for mobility solutions in the Delhi region.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through market research, networking, and field visits.
  • Pitch and present Commutec's services to HR/Admin/Facility Managers and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
  • Participate in industry events, client meetings, and product demos.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred in BBA, BCom, MBA - Sales/Marketing).
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Corporate Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in field/client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of the mobility/transport/logistics industry will be an advantage.
  • Willing to travel across Delhi NCR for business meetings.
