Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive continuous business growth through new projects and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in consulting services sales, experience in managing high-value accounts, and the ability to work with C-level executives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new relationships and expand existing relationships to drive consulting services sales.
  • Execute sales campaigns around core offerings to generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas, with a track record of at least $150,000 in technology services.
  • Leverage prior consulting sales experience to influence client resourcing strategies and create tailored solutions.
  • Lead proposal and RFP creation for client proposals and presentations.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach direct reports on strategies to drive closures.
  • Report sales activities and forecasts to senior sales management.
  • Monitor team sales activities and track results.
  • Drive business development in multi-level enterprise companies and engage with C-Level executives and IT teams.
  • Work closely with the technology team to assess market needs and develop individual account strategies.
  • Manage high-growth and fast-changing business environments effectively.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with CIO/VP/Director-level client contacts.
  • Excellent in-person presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong track record of driving and closing enterprise deals while exceeding sales quotas.
  • Background in relationship-building and contract negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build a large pipeline of outbound leads and close deals.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling consulting and IT services/solutions for an established IT consulting firm.
  • Experience in hiring, training, and managing sales representatives.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry-specific business drivers.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.
