Key Responsibilities:


1) Sales Target Achievement:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for all designated product families.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.


2) Revenue and Financial Management:

  • Ensure efficient and timely collection of receivables, maintaining a high ratio of collection amount to total collectible amount.
  • Work towards improving payment terms with customers to optimize cash flow and reduce credit days outstanding.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiation tactics to maintain or improve the Average Selling Price (ASP) across product lines.


3) Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Actively monitor and work towards improving customer satisfaction scores based on feedback.
  • Strategically work to diversify the customer base, increasing the number of significant customers across core product families.
  • Manage the process for securing product approvals with customers, ensuring alignment on quantity and pricing.


4) Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective KRA/KPI targets.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of all team members.


5) Strategic Initiatives and Process Improvement:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving significant sales growth.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization within the sales function and lead implementation efforts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and implement innovative branding or sales enhancement ideas to maintain a competitive edge.


6) Reporting and Analysis:

  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, collections, strategic initiatives, and team performance to senior management.
