About the Role: In this strategic position, you will play a crucial role in driving growth across six regions in India. You’ll work closely with Vertical Teams both locally and at our headquarters (Germany), implementing impactful growth strategies that broaden your professional horizon. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate closely with Vertical Teams to execute growth strategies, ensuring a seamless connection between local initiatives and headquarters directives.
• Product Excellence: Understand and address critical customer challenges, leveraging your deep product knowledge and vertical expertise to deliver meaningfully tailored solutions.
• Innovative Solutions Promotion: Champion the Digital portfolios in Edge, Connectivity, and Predictive Solutions, enhancing our Digital Service offerings and driving customer success.
• Futuristic Training Solutions: Champion the promotion of our Virtual Training Solution (VTS), revolutionizing operator training with immersive, simulated environments.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee product quality coordination, pricing alignment for discontinued and specialized CS FA products, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
  
  

Who You Are: We seek a forward-thinking professional with the following qualifications:

• Academic Credentials:
• First Class Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from a premium university/ institution.
• Preferably a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.
• Experience:
• 12-16 years of experience in Automation and Motion Control Drives, with a strong background in the Automotive and/or F&B industries.
• Proven expertise in implementing digital solutions within these sectors.
